Mozzarella Roll and Piglets

The mozzarella paste, stretched to a sheet, can be stuffed with tomatoes, Parma ham and fresh lettuce, thus making an excellent roll to be served cut into slices. But it can also be processed in a particular way, giving it the shape of cute piglets.
